📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing the teams in the Philippines including but not limited to the following: Review and processing of contractor invoices • Update of property assignments • Review and monitoring of the team’s performance • Perform oversight of the accounting function in the Philippines • Identify and propose process enhancements • Support and assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use • Help organize and facilitate training sessions, onboarding and outboarding activities • Provide high-level accounting and administrative support to the Senior Managing Director • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Senior Managing Director

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required • Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required • At least 10 years of audit / accounting experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms with at least 3 years in a managerial role • At least 5 years of supervisory experience • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Must possess strong work ethic • Must be a team player
