📋 Description

• Take over qualified prospects from SDRs or independently identify potential clients • Manage the entire sales cycle – structured, data-driven, with a clear focus on win rate and deal quality • Analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and position them convincingly • Run product demos, proposal processes, and contract negotiations • Identify cross- and upselling potential and ensure a smooth customer handover together with Marketing and Account Management • Contribute best practices to the ongoing development of the sales playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of B2B sales experience – ideally in SaaS, platform, or complex solution sales • Hunter mentality and proven closing track record • Navigate complex decision-making processes in a structured and strategic way • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Dynamics • Communicate confidently in German (C2)
