• Rolling out a sales division strategy for the converters market in Germany (north-east) • Increasing market share with existing and prospect customers by positioning 3M as the preferred graphic films partner • Strengthening customer relationships with converters, focusing on loyalty program expansion • Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Technical Support, Marketing, Distribution Sales Team, Key Account Team) • Identifying, winning and managing new projects • Representing 3M on relevant fairs or customer events • Sharing market trends and best practices within the 3M organization
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education • Proven B2B sales experience selling technical products • Team player with strong collaboration skills • Strong business acumen and analytical skills • Highly motivated individual with self-starter mentality • Willingness to travel extensively in the region of north-east Germany (>3 days/week) • Fluent German as well as good English language skills are a must • Experience of using CRM systems to plan, manage and document sales activities
