• 3–5 years in closing sales roles, preferably in the SaaS or subscription space. • Strong pipeline management and forecasting expertise. • Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology is a plus. • Self-motivated and eager to prove capability. • Outgoing and personable, able to uplift team morale. • Thrives in less structured environments. • Proven outbound mentality with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. • Native in English with the ability to engage confidently with the UK market.
