⢠5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships. ⢠Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies. ⢠Experience building a book of business ⢠Confidentiality and discretion is a MUST ⢠Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders. ⢠Experience owning projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution. ⢠Comfort with ambiguity and an entrepreneurial mindset. ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ⢠Naturally curious, resourceful, and driven to learn new markets and solve complex problems. Nice to Have ⢠Experience in two-sided marketplaces, e-commerce, or creator/collector communities. ⢠Familiarity with SQL.
