📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. • Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. • Define requirements for system enhancements, integrations, workflows, reports, forms, and data conversions. • Collaborate with Product Management, clients, and end users to define product vision and business needs. • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings. • Support solution design by working closely with development teams and technical architects. • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking overall project progress. • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of project objectives. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), test planning, and end-user training. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders. • Analyze enhancement requests and determine the most effective implementation approach. • Participate in feasibility studies, solution presentations, and system demonstrations. • Respond to production issues and support ongoing product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of CCM (Customer Communications Management) platforms. • Experience with OpenText solutions and Pre-Processor technologies. • Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications. • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Experience working in Agile environments. • Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Visio. • Professional working proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent).
