âą Lead, mentor, and develop Project Management team members. âą Ensure training, onboarding, and development activities are completed and documented. âą Review project documentation, system configurations, and study deliverables for quality, consistency, and compliance. âą Conduct team meetings, monitor workloads, provide operational guidance, and support forecasting. âą Track, analyze, and report team performance metrics and operational indicators. âą Lead planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout of complex eCOA studies and programs. âą Gather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable cross-functional plans. âą Develop, review, and maintain study documentation throughout the project lifecycle. âą Oversee distribution, tracking, and management of study devices and equipment. âą Create, review, and distribute study reports, metrics, and communications. âą Ensure proper archival of study data, documentation, and project records. âą Manage customer expectations through proactive communication and stakeholder management. âą Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support successful execution and client satisfaction. âą Manage budgets, revenue forecasting, scope, and invoice reconciliation. âą Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues appropriately. âą Lead discussions, negotiations, and stakeholder communications supporting contractual obligations and project objectives. âą Apply structured problem-solving to customer concerns, operational challenges, and escalations. âą Maintain issue tracking and ensure timely resolution of concerns. âą Serve as a subject matter expert and operational resource for cross-functional teams. âą Support strategic initiatives, operational readiness, product introductions, and process improvement programs. âą Present eCOA services and workflows during investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, business development discussions, and client presentations. âą Support departmental growth through training, coaching, onboarding, and mentoring.
âą Bachelor's degree and demonstrated Project Management expertise within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or related industry. âą 5 to 10 years of experience in project management with increasing responsibility in clinical research, healthcare technology, or pharmaceutical services. âą Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing team members. âą Strong understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial lifecycle. âą Experience managing technology-enabled clinical trials, eCOA, ePRO, eConsent, RTSM/IRT, or related eClinical solutions is highly desirable. âą Proven ability to manage complex global studies, budgets, timelines, risks, and customer relationships simultaneously. âą Strong financial management capabilities, including forecasting, budget management, invoicing, and scope control. âą Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills. âą Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. âą Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities. âą Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. âą Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and highly responsive in a fast-paced environment. âą Ability to influence decisions, drive operational excellence, and contribute to strategic business objectives.
