• Develop and implement national and provincial market access and stakeholder engagement strategies. • Lead development and submission of HTA dossiers to bodies such as CDA and INESSS. • Lead negotiations with pCPA and provinces to secure PLAs. • Build, maintain, and strengthen senior-level relationships with public and private payers. • Monitor and assess ongoing health policy challenges and opportunities.
• University degree in Sciences, Pharmacy or Economics; post-graduate degree required. • Min. 10 years of experience in a similar position, with significant HTA, market access and policy expertise in the Canadian biopharmaceutical industry. • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven record of achieving PLAs for rare disease therapies. • Knowledge of value demonstration and pharmaco-economic principles. • Proficiency in English is a must; proficiency in French is highly desirable. • Requires the ability to travel 20-30% of the work time.
