📋 Description

• Partner strategically with senior leaders across Training and Implementation Services to align people strategy with commercial goals • Support organisational design, workforce planning and scaling initiatives across international teams • Drive high-performance culture initiatives including talent management, succession planning and leadership coaching • Lead and manage complex employee relations matters and support employee engagement initiatives • Collaborate on recruitment and onboarding activity, including support for international growth markets • Own and lead a specialist HR discipline across the wider HR function • Contribute to broader HR projects and organisational development initiatives • Deliver high-quality operational HR support across the employee lifecycle • Use people data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation

🎯 Requirements

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience within high-growth, professional services or consultancy-style environments • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, with confidence operating at senior leadership level • Experience supporting organisational change, scaling teams and workforce planning initiatives • Strong knowledge of HR best practice across the employee lifecycle • Deep expertise in at least one specialist HR area (e.g. employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management) • Up-to-date UK employment law knowledge • Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills • Proactive, hands-on and adaptable approach within fast-moving environments • Experience supporting international teams or knowledge of employment practices across Europe and/or India would be highly advantageous.
