📋 Description
• Project management: Handle client portfolio, ensure onboarding, follow-up of projects, and prepare dashboards • Sales: Cross-sell and up-sell services to existing clients • Communication: Maintain effective and transparent communication with clients • Expertise: Educate clients about regulatory affairs • Training: Supervise and coach Account Managers, assign objectives, and assess performance
🎯 Requirements
• 10 years of relevant professional experience is required • Degree in science of management, or any other discipline related to project management, communication, or sales • Excellent command (written and spoken) of English and, ideally, French • Skills in another language is definitely a plus.
