📋 Description

• Carry out hiring processes, including verification of documents, employee registration, and integration of information into systems. • Support termination processes, performing calculations, verifications, and issuing required documentation. • Monitor and manage vacations, leaves of absence, licenses, and other employee movements. • Assist with payroll closing, verifying timekeeping, benefits, deductions, and contributions. • Enter and update records in Personnel/HR systems. • Administer benefits, processing enrollments, changes, and removals according to employee movements. • Issue and review labor documents, declarations, receipts, and reports. • Provide employee support, answering questions related to payroll, benefits, vacations, and other HR routines. • Support compliance with ancillary obligations, such as eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb and other legal requirements. • Organize and keep physical and digital Personnel/HR files up to date. • Assist in preparing management reports and HR metrics. • Monitor changes in labor and social security legislation, contributing to process compliance. • Perform other related activities as required by the department.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Personnel/HR. • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. • Knowledge of labor legislation. • Experience with payroll systems (LG system is a plus) and benefits management platforms. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Analytical, organized profile with good interpersonal communication skills.
