• Driving Business Growth: You'll create and execute a strategic business development plan, proactively building a robust pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. Your main goal is to deliver leases, joint ventures, or other arrangements that meet key performance criteria. • Building Partnerships: You'll cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and technical leaders—from CIOs to data center architects. • Proven Business Development Experience: You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B solution business development, with a verifiable track record of delivering significant leases with top-tier data center tenants. • Data Center Expertise: You have direct experience selling data center solutions, such as powered shell, co-location, or build-to-suit projects. • Technical Acumen: You possess a strong technical understanding of AI infrastructure, including high-density power, liquid cooling, and networking. You can confidently explain these complex topics to both technical and executive audiences. • Strategic Thinking: You are a natural problem-solver who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder business development cycles and develop creative solutions for clients. • Hyperscale Network: Experience selling to hyperscale cloud providers, large enterprises, or major technology companies. • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) or equivalent professional experience. Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
