📋 Description

• Independently plan and manage all sales activities within the sales territory • Acquire new customers • On-site support of existing customers • Develop customer-specific, tailored solutions together with experts • Monitor market developments • Maintain existing contacts and expand the network and the brand • Sell innovative products in the field of warehouse technology

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial training with a strong technical understanding or technical training with solid commercial knowledge • Several years of field sales experience selling technically complex products and/or capital goods and/or in project/object business desirable • Enjoy interacting with customers and technology • Business-oriented mindset and commercial acumen in implementing customer-specific concepts • High level of initiative and persuasiveness • Confident communication skills across different hierarchical levels • Spatial reasoning and visualization skills • Ability to read technical drawings • Willingness to learn AutoCAD drawings at BITO • Residence in the specified sales region • Work from a home office with close contact to headquarters
