📋 Description

• Co-lead end-to-end product development with your squad • Frame the business case • Own product marketing • Partner closely with designers and engineers • Make decisions evidence-based • Translate insights into action • Own outcomes with your squad • Guide scope and QA • Measure, learn, and iterate

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated excellence in product roles with a track record of shipping features and driving measurable outcomes across the full product lifecycle • Thinks in problems, not solutions • Strong product and analytical judgment • Comfortable defining metrics, structuring specs, and reasoning from qualitative and quantitative signals • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments • Balance speed with product quality and regulatory constraints • Experience in consumer fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or high-scale consumer apps is a strong plus
