• Acquire and activate new insurer partners with speed • Lead the full partnership cycle—from outreach and relationship building to negotiation, onboarding, and integration. • Build and maintain a strong, visible pipeline with disciplined follow-ups and zero drop-offs • Negotiate and close deals confidently with clear commercial terms and fast go-live timelines • Hit monthly revenue and policy targets — not just close deals, ensure ongoing productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Permanent residency in the UK • Min 5 years experience in insurance / fintech industry with strong negotiation & commercial instincts • Existing network of insurer relationships • You take ownership, not instructions.
