📋 Description

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and Automotive positions across multiple client accounts • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and database searches • Understand client requirements, job specifications, and industry-specific hiring needs, including technical, plant-level, and dealership-level roles • Conduct initial HR screening, candidate assessments, and suitability evaluations • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and clients • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and recruitment trackers • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Meet recruitment targets and contribute to team hiring goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Manufacturing or Automotive industry • Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously across production, supply chain, quality, engineering, maintenance, automotive sales, or aftersales functions • Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Automotive job functions, terminology, and market trends, including Lean, Six Sigma, QA/QC, OEM, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, EV, and aftersales • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search techniques, and professional networks • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple client requirements • Consultancy recruitment experience is highly preferred • Experience recruiting for GCC or international markets is an advantage • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset • Passion for talent acquisition and the Manufacturing and Automotive industries
