📋 Description

• Design, develop and deploy scalable AI-powered applications and services • Translate ambiguous business problems into robust technical solutions • Build and maintain backend systems, APIs, integrations and AI workflows • Collaborate across frontend, backend, cloud and AI initiatives to deliver end-to-end solutions • Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven products and internal accelerators • Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards and reusable system patterns • Mentor junior engineers and support technical growth across the team • Improve scalability, reliability, performance and developer experience • Work with stakeholders to balance business needs, technical trade-offs and delivery timelines • Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks and engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Python and backend engineering • Experience designing and building scalable APIs and distributed systems • Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or automation workflows • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design and engineering best practices • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing environments • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Previous experience building production-ready systems and collaborating in cross-functional engineering environments • Advanced English level required for daily communication with global teams and stakeholders • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience • Frontend experience with React or similar technologies is a plus • Exposure to Snowflake or modern data platforms is a plus • Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives is valued
