📋 Description

• Define and drive the AI and Agentic AI transformation roadmap • Design enterprise-grade solutions using Generative AI, multi-agent systems, LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks • Lead the transition from Time & Material delivery models to deliverable-based and outcome-driven engagement models • Establish governance structures and KPIs supporting measurable business results • Architect scalable AI ecosystems across Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI, enterprise applications, and data platforms • Embed responsible AI, security, and compliance principles throughout solutions • Advise client executives and senior stakeholders • Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, data scientists, engineers, and consultants through complex transformation programs • Support business development by shaping strategic AI opportunities, proposals, workshops, and executive presentations • Help define new AI service portfolios and go-to-market strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, digital transformation, or consulting • 2+ years leading enterprise AI initiatives and delivering AI or Generative AI solutions at scale • Strong technical proficiency in Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, LLMs, foundation models, RAG, and AI governance • Hands-on experience across major cloud AI platforms, including Azure AI, AWS AI, and Google AI • Proven ability to design and implement outcome-based or managed service models • Ability to connect technology investments directly to measurable business outcomes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to engage confidently at C-level, facilitate workshops, and present complex ideas clearly and compellingly • Fluent English • Proactive, self-driven leadership style and ability to lead through influence in ambiguous environments
