📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products. • Own the implementation journey from understanding client requirements through smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. • Design scalable, tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows and business goals. • Collaborate with engineering to address technical challenges, adapt the system to unique customer processes, and integrate with existing systems. • Act as the client’s trusted partner, anticipate needs, surface insights, and maximize automation value. • Work with sales to create tailored implementation plans and drive product adoption. • Translate customer feedback into long-term platform improvements. • Operate at the intersection of business and technology for BLP Digital, an ERP automation SaaS scaleup using agentic AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience. • 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. • Strong analytical and communication skills — ability to translate business needs into technical action. • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients. • Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus. • Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
