📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products. • Own the implementation journey from understanding client requirements through delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. • Design scalable, tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows and business goals. • Collaborate with engineering to address technical challenges, adapt the system, and integrate with existing systems. • Act as the client’s trusted partner, anticipate needs, surface insights, and maximize automation value. • Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans and drive product adoption. • Translate customer feedback into long-term product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience. • 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management. • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. • Strong analytical and communication skills, translating business needs into technical action. • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients. • Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus. • Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is an advantage.
