📋 Description

• Participate in a structured onboarding phase for the project management role • Receive professional guidance from an experienced project management buddy • Build Salesforce expertise through relevant certifications • Gradually take responsibility for smaller projects • Support the buddy on larger projects • Take on increasingly complex Salesforce projects from initiation through go-live • Ensure agile, value-driven project delivery • Serve as the interface between business departments and IT • Facilitate collaboration and communication between business departments and IT • Ensure delivery within the defined budget, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality • Identify potential project risks at an early stage • Develop suitable solution strategies with the project team • Coordinate the interests of different stakeholders • Lead all parties toward a common goal, even in complex situations • Assess change requests based on their added value • Prioritize change requests jointly with the project team • Contribute to the agile adjustment of resource plans and milestones • Opportunity to take on additional responsibility in suitable areas

🎯 Requirements

• Initial professional experience in a coordinating role within an IT environment, e.g. in PMO, Customer Success, as a Test Coordinator, or as a Key User • Motivation to develop toward a career in project management • Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple topics at once • Clear, goal-oriented communication • Ability to bring together diverse stakeholders • Strong customer and solution orientation • Initiative and self-motivation • Sense of responsibility • Confident and professional manner • Strong interest in Salesforce and agile project management methodologies • Strong willingness to learn • Excellent team spirit • Enjoyment of collaborative work on an equal footing • Ability to create a motivating atmosphere • Completed degree in (business) information systems, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience • Business-fluent German • Fluent English
