📋 Description

• Support the successful delivery of SAP customer projects in Global Delivery engagements • Apply extensive SAP project knowledge to customer projects, including introductions, expansions, upgrades, and rollouts • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating in a timely manner where required • Facilitate communication between customers, consultants, and project teams to align on project objectives and deliverables • Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders in LOB and IT • Contribute to customer satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes for SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams and foster effective cross-functional teamwork • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification • 8+ years of experience in SAP project environments • Good understanding of SAP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA and related business processes • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach • Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional project teams • SAP certifications or project management certifications are considered a plus • Willingness to travel up to 80% • Fluency in German and business proficiency in English required
