📋 Description

• Screening, evaluating and prioritizing M&A and partnership opportunities, including conducting market and target analyses • Preparing business cases, company valuations and financial models to support strategic decision-making • Preparing management and board materials and producing clear, impactful presentations • Supporting and steering M&A processes, including due diligence, advisor coordination, as well as integration and divestiture projects • Independently conducting analyses of market, competitive and company developments • Contributing to strategic projects and initiatives within Corporate Development • Project management and coordination of cross-functional project teams across the full project lifecycle • Supporting the Director of Corporate Development, the executive board and management on strategic issues and business development

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a comparable field • Several years of relevant professional experience (3–6 years) in Corporate Development, M&A, Transaction Services or strategy consulting • Solid knowledge of company valuation, financial modeling and business case development • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a good understanding of strategic and financial contexts • Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • High level of initiative, entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, results-oriented working style • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Communicative personality with a confident presence when dealing with management and internal stakeholders
