📋 Description

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end, from understanding client requirements through delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement • Design scalable, tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows and business goals • Collaborate with engineering to address technical challenges, adapt the system to customer processes, and integrate with existing systems • Act as the client’s trusted partner, anticipate needs, surface insights, and maximize automation value • Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans and drive product adoption • Translate customer feedback into long-term product and platform improvements • Lead end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products • Operate at the intersection of business and technology for BLP Digital, an ERP automation SaaS company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical and communication skills • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients • Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus • Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is an advantage • Ownership, autonomy, ambiguity management, growth mindset, problem solving, critical thinking, and customer-first mentality
