📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products • Understand client requirements and ensure smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement • Design scalable, tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows and business goals • Collaborate with engineering to address technical challenges and integrate systems with customers' existing systems • Act as the client's trusted partner and help customers realize the full potential of blp's automation • Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans and drive product adoption • Gather product feedback and translate it into long-term platform improvements • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical and communication skills • Fluent in German and English • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients • Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus • Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is an advantage
