📋 Description

• Serve as the face of Insider One to clients and bridge client needs with the company’s technology • Help clients understand their needs and match them with relevant features and products • Ensure clients maximize use of Insider One’s technology • Monitor and facilitate customer adoption • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product specialists to provide technical support • Develop and maintain key account plans and identify opportunities to increase client value • Provide feedback on market trends, unmet needs, and partnership opportunities • Establish trusted-adviser relationships and ensure customer satisfaction • Plan strategies to help customers meet objectives and drive resolution of escalated issues • Contribute product ideas to influence the product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Previous work experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, project management, or strategic consulting • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level • Strong oral and written communication skills • Positive, energetic phone skills and excellent listening skills • Self-motivated and tech-savvy • Superior project and time management skills • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness • Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong communication skills in both English and German
