📋 Description

• Independently support project managers and the Project Office (PMO) in day-to-day operations • Prepare, coordinate, moderate, and independently conduct working sessions, status meetings, and customer meetings • Consistently follow up on and escalate outstanding issues and actions in projects • Take on deputy project management responsibilities and, where applicable, project management roles • Ensure quality assurance and reporting across projects • Derive required management actions from project KPIs • Conduct quality management (QM) meetings with project managers • Further develop PMO processes, methodologies, and templates, and ensure compliance with them • Contribute to training new consultants in project management • Organize and conduct onboarding sessions, training courses, and workshops

🎯 Requirements

• German language proficiency at least at C1 level • Proficient use of MS Office and Microsoft 365 products • At least 5 years of professional experience in a project environment • Solid experience in PMO or project management • Knowledge of common project management methodologies and tools • Ideally certified by IPMA, PMP, or in an agile methodology • Analytical and conceptual thinking • Basic understanding of project costing • Experience with risk management and quality gates • Confident presence in complex organizations and clear, reliable communication • Curiosity about and enthusiasm for AI tools such as Copilot and Claude • Industry knowledge in residential real estate or experience in an SAP environment is an advantage • Conscientious, careful, and structured approach to work • Ability to prioritize effectively and independently identify areas requiring action • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a confident approach to escalations
