📋 Description

• Supporting project managers and the Project Management Office (PMO) with day-to-day activities • Preparing, documenting, and following up on internal, status, and client meetings • Tracking outstanding items and action points in projects • Contributing to quality assurance and project-related reporting • Maintaining PMO processes, methods, and templates • Applying established standards • Helping shape the ongoing development of AI tools for everyday project work

🎯 Requirements

• Conscientious, thorough, and structured approach to work • Ability to prioritize tasks reliably • Strong communication and organizational skills • Confident and friendly demeanor • German language skills at least at C1 level • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft 365 products • Commercial training, university degree, or career change with a relevant interest • Initial experience and a clear interest in PMO and project management • Curiosity about and enthusiasm for using AI tools, such as Copilot and Claude • Team-oriented, flexible, and service-focused approach to work • Motivation to make a difference
