📋 Description

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end, from understanding client requirements through smooth delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. • Design scalable, tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows and business goals. • Collaborate with engineering to solve technical challenges, adapt the system to customer processes, and integrate with existing systems. • Act as the client’s trusted partner by anticipating needs, surfacing insights, and maximizing automation value. • Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans and drive product adoption. • Translate customer feedback into long-term platform improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience. • 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management. • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. • Strong analytical and communication skills, translating business needs into technical action. • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to native-speaking clients. • Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus. • Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is advantageous. • Willingness to work remotely from Germany or Austria, or onsite in Zurich after onboarding.
