📋 Description

• Lead client and internal projects from planning through to go-live • Onboard new golf facilities • Execute conversion and migration projects • Manage major accounts and associations • Lead internal projects, e.g., ERP implementation and knowledge base • Monitor timelines, dependencies and stakeholders • Ensure clear communication between golf clubs, clients and internal teams • Act as the central contact and visible face of projects for clients and colleagues • Use AI-supported tools to streamline daily work and reduce manual routine tasks • Collaborate with Support, Development, Sales and Executive Management

🎯 Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in project leadership or project management • Proven record of multiple successfully completed projects • Experience in a software or IT environment desirable • Completed vocational training or degree, preferably with an IT focus, or equivalent qualification • Structured, reliable and independent working style in a remote setup • Strong communication skills, team player and high customer focus • Affinity for AI and interest in modern tools • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Additional languages are a plus • Project management certification such as PMI, PRINCE2 or IPMA welcome but not required • Experience with golf, leisure or sports technology is an advantage; alternatively willingness to learn the industry
