📋 Description

• Maintain products’ timelines and ensure timely progress by monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies • Facilitate regular products’ status updates among internal teams • Support initiatives consistent with educational goals and own learning products development and launch • Build and maintain a pool of external content creators/subject matter experts (SMEs) • Proactively identify risks and escalate as needed to keep projects on track • Build AI agents for research and perform analytics • Maintain organized products’ documentation and support the development and maintenance of best practices • Report to the Head of Learning Products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, Business, Product/Project Management, or a related field • Tech knowledge/background, as the learning products/courses are technical in nature • 1–3 years of project coordination experience, ideally in EdTech or a content-driven environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Familiarity with product/project management tools and collaboration tools • Communication and interpersonal skills in German and English • Familiarity with digital learning content • Interest in the EdTech space is desirable
