green flexibility is a European developer, builder and long-term operator of utility-scale battery storage systems that provide grid stability, flexibility and market services for the energy transition. The company identifies and secures sites, engineers and constructs large-scale batteries, and runs them commercially in partnership with network operators, landowners and municipalities, focusing on net-neutral integration and regional grid support.

📋 Description

• Responsibility for managing innovative battery energy storage projects (BESS) from detailed planning through construction to commissioning • Cross-project management for multiple storage projects • Project-based budget planning and ensuring scope, cost, schedule and quality • Coordination of technical detailed design with the engineering department • Management of plant planning and construction • Alignment and communication with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, grid operators and suppliers • Documentation of all project steps in the digital end-to-end project development and management platform • Providing input for the further development of the project platform • Conducting site visits and supporting projects on location

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Master's or Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification, ideally in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, renewable energy, business administration or a related field • Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or real estate industry, ideally with a focus on renewable energies • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ability to pragmatically implement customer-oriented solutions • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills • Ability to engage with people in a friendly and respectful manner • Identification with the company values and motivation to contribute to the energy transition • Open, empathetic communication style and team spirit • Fluent German skills and good English skills • Willingness to attend on-site construction visits • Valid driver's license (Class B)
