• Responsibility for projects and the operational implementation within Customer Service • Development, design and implementation of business processes to increase efficiency, drive digitalization, reduce costs and realize savings • Independent negotiations with potential partner companies • Coordination of contract terms with Procurement and Legal • Designing efficient end-to-end processes and implementing solutions for process automation • Sole responsibility for budget, schedule, resources, risk and change management, as well as KPI dashboards • Support of the operation of service platforms and further development of systems within the scope of functional system responsibility • Preparation of SWOT, potential and gap analyses • Ensuring service management requirements when introducing new base technologies and fiber cooperation models
• Completed university degree, e.g., in telecommunications engineering, communications technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or business administration, or a comparable qualification • Ideally initial professional experience in project management of complex projects • Solid knowledge of telecommunications technology and FTTx technologies • Confident use of service/CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ticketing systems • Strong customer- and quality-oriented mindset and actions • Structured way of working • Confident presence in a cross-functional environment • High team and communication skills • Open mindset and ability to quickly and comprehensively familiarize yourself with new topics and structures • Initiative, decision-making competence and goal orientation • Enjoyment of working in multicultural teams • Good German and English skills, spoken and written, at least B2 level
