📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and analyze international marketing campaigns focused on Growth Marketing and Brand Building • Plan, coordinate, and execute global campaigns for brand awareness, demand generation, and growth • Develop and manage integrated campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels • Coordinate with Content, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, external agencies, and Regional Marketing teams • Ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns • Centrally manage campaigns, tasks, resources, and timelines in Planio • Create and maintain project plans, workflows, and status reports • Monitor milestones, deadlines, and budgets • Ensure transparent collaboration between global marketing teams and external partners • Continuously optimize marketing processes and project structures within Planio • Track campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, lead generation, conversion rates, brand awareness, share of voice, campaign performance, budget, timelines, resources, and Planio campaign-management quality

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or project management • Strong knowledge of Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Brand Marketing • Experience analyzing marketing data and deriving concrete optimization measures • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Dynamics, or comparable solutions • Experience with project management tools, ideally Planio, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms • Structured, analytical, and results-oriented way of working • Strong communication and organizational skills • Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken • Experience with CMS platforms such as TYPO3 and WordPress is a plus
