• Implementation of our software solutions in museums, collections, galleries and archives (focus: Benelux, then broader Europe) • Planning, execution, management and control of customer projects of various sizes within a multi-project environment, meeting time and budget targets • Demonstrating standard features, highlighting functional possibilities and clarifying the boundaries with customizations • When required, analyzing extended customer requirements and specifying modifications. Implementation together with our technical experts through configuration and code extensions • Implementing add-ons and new product releases for existing customers (modules, apps, online publications) • Leading data migrations of limited complexity or managing self-configured data imports via our standard interface • Defining work packages, assigning project teams and ensuring delivery quality by conducting release tests, organizing customer tests (UAT) and overseeing project acceptance • Effective communication with stakeholders and Customer Care is central; conducting project meetings, workshops and status reporting are included • Occasional support for presales activities and for support cases (2nd level)
• University degree (preferably in Computer Science, Business or Cultural Studies) and a strong interest and enthusiasm for working with clients in the cultural heritage sector • Experience leading customer projects in IT or web-based applications, preferably at a service company • High level of independence, personal responsibility and ability to work in a team, especially in a virtual team environment • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken). Good communication skills in German. French is an advantage • Professional experience in Belgium and/or the Netherlands • Continued enthusiasm for understanding new customer needs and attention to detail in execution • Comfortable switching between commercial and technical perspectives • Experience configuring business applications is an advantage • Knowledge of Collection Management Systems or fundamentals of archival and documentation practices is an advantage • Proficient use of helpdesk/ticket/task management systems is an advantage • Suitable workspace and infrastructure for effective remote work • Residence and primary place of life close to the Benelux region • Willingness to travel as needed and by agreement (national and international)
