📋 Description

• Planning, coordinating and executing global marketing campaigns for brand awareness, demand generation and growth • Developing and managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels • Aligning with Content, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, external agencies and regional marketing teams • Ensuring a consistent brand message across all campaigns • Central management of campaigns, tasks, resources and schedules in Planio • Creating and maintaining project plans, workflows and status reports • Monitoring milestones, deadlines and budgets • Ensuring transparent collaboration between global marketing teams and external partners • Continuously optimizing marketing processes and project structures within Planio • Analyzing international marketing campaigns and continuously optimizing them based on KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or comparable qualification • Several years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations or project management • Solid knowledge of growth marketing, performance marketing and brand marketing • Experience analyzing marketing data and deriving concrete optimization measures • Confident use of marketing analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Dynamics or comparable solutions • Experience with project management tools, ideally Planio, Jira, Asana or similar platforms • Structured, analytical and results-oriented working style • Strong communication and organizational skills • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • CMS knowledge in TYPO3 and WordPress is a plus
