• Act as a strategic remote support professional for clients in the United States • Executive and Administrative Support: managing calendars, meetings, and appointments, handling corporate emails, and preparing executive reports • International Recruitment: sourcing and screening candidates for U.S.-based roles, conducting cold calls and interviews, scheduling onboarding processes • Commercial Support: prospecting leads, market research, and assisting with sales reports • Customer Experience (CX): providing support via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer requests • Project Management (PMO): assisting with timelines, meetings, and task delegation • Accounts Receivable (Finance): issuing invoices and monitoring payments
