📋 Description

• Take a strategic role in managing and advancing HubSpot • Connect processes, data, technology, and sales teams • Ensure the CRM effectively supports revenue generation • Support sales operations with reliable data, automations, and performance metrics • Drive continuous process improvement • Translate business needs into CRM solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with HubSpot/CRM • Knowledge of Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, or related fields • Experience with CRM automations, workflows, pipelines, and data management • Analytical mindset, with the ability to work effectively with metrics and data • Ability to understand processes and translate business needs into CRM solutions • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams • HubSpot certifications are a plus • Experience integrating different systems is a plus • Knowledge of BI tools and data analysis is a plus • Experience in technology or SaaS companies is a plus • Knowledge of sales processes and sales funnels is a plus
