📋 Description

• Draft and review documents for M&A transactions (share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, etc.); • Draft corporate acts and other legal documents in corporate reorganizations; • Participate in negotiations; • Work on corporate governance projects; • Represent clients at shareholder meetings and corporate gatherings; • Prepare legal opinions and respond to inquiries involving corporate law; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on matters involving tax, regulatory, antitrust/competition law, etc.; • Participate in internal trainings and courses.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (active OAB registration/license) — graduated between 2017 and 2021; • Experience at a law firm or in an in-house legal department with a focus on M&A and/or corporate law; • Fluent in English; • Postgraduate degree or LL.M. in Corporate Law or related areas is a plus.
