📋 Description
• Handle cases before the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal) • Provide legal advice in civil, labor, and tax law • Draft defenses and responses • Provide support during audits and regulatory inspections • Provide comprehensive digital client service • Work in a dynamic and challenging environment
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil, labor, and tax law • Strong experience in civil litigation and advisory work • Ability to handle contractual matters, disputes, and court proceedings • Labor law experience, including preventive counseling and drafting legal opinions • Tax law experience, with a focus on administrative and judicial proceedings • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills • Organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
