📋 Description

• Handle labor litigation at all stages (trial, appeals, and enforcement). • Draft complex court filings and manage cases end-to-end. • Attend in-person and virtual hearings, including preparation and coaching of company representatives and witnesses. • Conduct case risk assessments and case provisioning. • Review labor-related calculations and support settlement strategy. • Work on collective labor law matters, including actions involving the Public Labor Prosecutor's Office (MPT) and the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). • Handle cases and matters related to inspections by public agencies. • Draft legal opinions and provide strategic labor law advisory services. • Manage and update internal and external case management systems, using Elaw. • Participate in client meetings and support the handling of significant cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB membership (São Paulo registration required). • Senior experience as a labor lawyer in a law firm, with representation on the employer/defendant side (pró-reclamada). • Demonstrated experience managing cases through all stages of litigation. • Experience analyzing labor-related calculations. • Practical experience with risk classification and provisioning. • Proven track record representing companies in the pharmaceutical sector. • Experience in collective labor law, actions involving the MPT and MTE, inspections by public agencies, and strategic labor advisory. • Experience using the Elaw system (mandatory). • Preferred: specialization, extension course, or postgraduate degree in Labor Law.
