📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and evolve systems using .NET (Core/8 and later versions), ensuring quality, performance, and security; • Lead modernization initiatives for legacy systems, reducing technical debt through refactoring, migrations, and architectural improvements; • Work end-to-end in the development lifecycle, from technical analysis to deployment and production monitoring; • Design and evolve APIs and integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring scalability and resilience; • Support the definition of technical solutions together with Product in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban); • Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of continuous improvements; • Participate in governed deployment processes (GMUD), ensuring control and risk mitigation; • Mentor developers, promoting software engineering best practices and code quality; • Contribute to architectural decisions and the technological evolution of applications;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar); • Strong expertise in .NET/C#, with experience in .NET Core and newer versions (8+); • Experience in maintaining and evolving legacy systems; • Strong experience building secure, high-performance, and scalable REST APIs; • Solid knowledge of software architecture (best practices, decoupling, SOLID principles); • Experience with SQL Server (modeling, performance, and query tuning); • Experience with Git, code review, and CI/CD pipelines; • Experience with automated testing (unit and integration tests); • Experience with Jira or similar agile management tools; • Ability to analyze and resolve production issues (logs, debugging, root cause analysis); • Experience modernizing applications (.NET Framework → .NET Core → newer versions); • Experience with Azure; • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ); • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; • Experience with observability tools (Application Insights, Grafana, Kibana); • Knowledge of resilience practices (circuit breaker, retry, fallback); • Previous experience in regulated environments (banking, fintech, etc.); • Microsoft certifications (Azure / .NET); • Experience with AI; • Availability to work in a hybrid model at the office in São Paulo (South Zone).
