📋 Description

• Manage, optimize, and scale our CI infrastructure using **GitHub Actions**, ensuring fast, secure pipelines built on best practices (Reusable Workflows, Custom Actions, and secrets security). • Architect and develop our internal agent-based platform, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents to automate development tasks (e.g., automated code reviews, test generation, pipeline failure diagnostics). • Create, maintain, and document robust CLI tools, SDKs, and automations using the most suitable technologies for each scenario (**GoLang, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Shell Script**). • Serve as a technical point of reference and provide consultative support to engineering teams, helping them get the most out of our tools and pipelines. • Identify day-to-day developer bottlenecks and translate those pain points into internal product solutions that promote team autonomy (Self-Service Platform).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong prior experience focused on DevTools, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE. • Deep expertise in administering GitHub Actions, workflows, runner management, and complex CI/CD pipelines. • Strong programming skills in at least two of the languages in our ecosystem (GoLang, Python, or JavaScript) and excellent proficiency with Shell Script for agile automations. • Familiarity with, or strong practical interest in, generative AI applied to development. Knowledge of agent frameworks or integrations with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.) is desirable. • Excellent communication skills to support teams, ability to create clear documentation (READMEs, playbooks), and empathy for the developer experience.
