📋 Description

• Responsible for planning and executing field activities at work sites (on-site), including coordinating multifunctional resources and subcontractors for the installation of infrastructure, cabling, substation panel assembly, grounding, lightning protection (SPDA) and lighting. • Act as the project interface, able to resolve specification issues, manage correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure internal customer satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with cross-functional teams as appropriate. • Translate internal customer needs/requirements into detailed project plans while leading internal execution to meet project objectives. • Monitor and support field activities, perform field tests and conduct technical evaluations of installed equipment under warranty. • Participate in and lead meetings on various product- and process-related topics. • Provide hands-on guidance to technical teams regarding installations, interventions, testing and handovers. • Ensure that delivered systems meet the highest levels of quality and performance. • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory safety standards (especially NR-10, NR-35 and NR-12) and ABNT technical standards on site.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or a related field. • Experience in planning, monitoring and executing electrical projects in the field. • Technical knowledge of electrical installations, substations, panels, grounding, lightning protection systems (SPDA), cabling and lighting. • Experience managing technical teams, suppliers and subcontractors. • Experience with commissioning, field testing and technical evaluation of equipment. • Familiarity with project planning and tracking tools.
