📋 Description

• Supports a senior leader in executing the strategic priorities of the business/group • Integrates and synthesizes financial and business information to enable effective, efficient, and profitable operations • Leads forecasting, planning, analysis, and reporting of expenses • Partners closely with the business to understand key drivers, refine forecasts, perform variance analysis, and clearly articulate insights • Collaborates with stakeholders to interpret financial and business results, assess the operating environment and emerging trends, and provide recommendations to improve operational effectiveness • Tracks performance against objectives and supports delivery of key initiatives • Supports risk management activities, including operational and compliance risk

🎯 Requirements

• Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth • Influence skills - In-depth • Data driven decision making - In-depth
