📋 Description

• Develop the business across Germany • Take responsibility for sales across Central, Eastern and Northern Germany • Manage key customer relationships • Develop new business • Identify opportunities to expand specialist technologies into new applications and markets • Support wider international growth • Progress into Team Leader DACH & Nordics within approximately 6–18 months following successful onboarding and demonstrated performance • Take leadership responsibility for a small sales team after progression

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience within manufacturing equipment • Proven technical B2B sales and new business development experience • Experience selling complex technical products, services or solutions across international markets • Strong technical understanding, ideally supported by an engineering or related technical qualification • Fluent Dutch and English • Drive and potential to progress into an international sales leadership role • Willingness to travel 30–60% across Germany and Europe, with increasing international travel as the role develops • Home-based in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg
