📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries via email and social media • Manage the community across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels • Support the planning of AI-assisted posts • Create social media content, including static posts and videos • Maintain marketing metrics • Contribute to pipeline management for creator partnerships • Take on additional tasks and small projects based on your interests and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a German university or college, ideally with at least three semesters remaining • Reside in Germany • Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus • Interest in nutrition, health, and lifestyle • Empathy, reliability, and an independent working style • Previous experience in social media and customer support is preferred • Willingness to occasionally work on weekends is a plus
