📋 Description

• Contribute to feasibility studies, site analyses, and land-use concepts • Support the management of interdisciplinary project teams • Prepare decision documents and presentations • Monitor relevant project parameters • Prepare and document workshops • Support participation formats and coordination processes with project partners and public clients/authorities • Contribute to proposal preparation and to the further development of our service portfolio in Development Management

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in urban planning, architecture, real estate management, geography, civil engineering, or a comparable field • Some practical experience in urban or neighborhood development, project development, or real estate consulting is an advantage • Understanding of urban planning, economic, and organizational aspects of development • Committed, strong communication skills, team-oriented, and confident in dealings with clients and project partners • Excellent German skills (min. C1/C2) and good written and spoken English • Very good MS Office skills, confident presentation skills, and a structured way of working
