📋 Description

• Analyze complex business, service and project processes and translate them into scalable, practical solutions • Lead requirements gathering, workshops, process analysis, functional design and configuration • Advise customers on process improvements and solution choices, including challenging requirements where needed • Configure and optimize solutions and support testing, training, go-live and post-go-live activities • Collaborate with developers, architects and integration specialists on functional, technical and integration requirements • Identify risks and dependencies early and communicate them proactively with concrete evidence • Assess change impact and ask the right questions before implementation • Drive continuous improvement in a multidisciplinary, international team • Deliver within scope, budget and timeline while maintaining strong customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on Dynamics 365 Project Operations experience with real implementation experience across customer environments • Strong practical understanding of project management, resource scheduling, time and expense management, budgeting and forecasting • Genuine functional consulting seniority and ability to own customer-facing functional work independently • Experience with requirements gathering, customer workshops, process analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, implementation and customer guidance • Strong integrations knowledge, including D365 interactions with surrounding systems, data flows and dependencies • 3+ years of substantial experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement • Technical understanding sufficient to discuss implications and dependencies with developers • Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills • Excellent English communication skills • Professional experience actively using GitHub Copilot • Comfortable working fulltime in a remote setup • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/intellectual level
