📋 Description

• Build the operational infrastructure behind recruiting and make the Talent function scalable, measurable, and well-run. • Help own the ATS, recruiting tools, and wider recruiting infrastructure. • Map existing workflows, identify gaps, and build more effective processes. • Identify repetitive or manual work and implement scalable solutions. • Build dashboards and reporting covering funnel performance, hiring velocity, bottlenecks, and recruiter performance. • Ensure recruiting data is accurate, structured, and usable for decision-making. • Help design and operationalize scalable hiring initiatives. • Ensure the operational candidate journey is consistent, efficient, and high quality. • Work across Talent, hiring managers, People, and other functions to ensure processes work in practice. • Proactively identify what is broken, what can be improved, and what should be built next. • Manage several workstreams simultaneously and make sensible prioritization decisions without waiting for every task to be fully defined. • Report directly to the Head of Operations, Talent.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong academic foundation in a quantitative discipline. • Excellent structured thinking and analytical ability. • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Evidence of independently owning projects from problem definition through implementation. • Ability to operate effectively with limited direction. • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the wider objective. • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders. • A clear bias towards action. • Interest in systems, processes, automation and data. • Strong background in SQL, Python or workflow automation is a plus.
